The Pro Patria is the highest-level award that is given by an ESGR State Committee and is presented annually to employers who have demonstrated exceptional support to their Guard and Reserve employees.
ArgenTech Solutions (AgTS) is also proud to be included as one of the 30 finalists, top 10 for small businesses, selected from 2,350 nominations for the Department of Defense’s highest employer award: The Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award for the second year in a row. The award recognizes employers who provide outstanding support to their Guard and Reserve employees. Fifteen Freedom Awards are presented each year. Nominations are submitted by Guard and Reserve employees to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). This group of nominations represents large and small employers from every state including Guam-CNMI, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia in almost every industry as well as state and local governments.
